MODELS AND FIGURES CONTEST AND EXHIBITION
CENTENARY WWI
The Amicale des Maquettistes Internet, with the help of the Association Sports et Loisirs de la Gendarmerie d’Alsace , organize its 9th models and figures contest and exhibition.
WHEN?
November 10-11, 2018 as part of the centenary of the end of the First World War.
WHERE ?
This exhibition will take place in the Hôtel de la Monnaie in Molsheim.
Accessibility: Near the A352 motorway (26 km from Strasbourg), Accessible by train and near Strasbourg-Entzheim airport (direct connection by train). More information will be available on the exhibition forum.
Who can exhibit?
No sectarianism by us. We welcome individuals and associations.
Moreover the inscriptions are open to the beginners as to the oldest.
THE MAIN THEME OF THE EXHIBITION
The main theme of this exhibition is World War I, to honor the memory of the women and men who lived through hell during these four years. Therefore we wish to have a maximum of pieces covering this period.
In addition we would like to involve different nations involved in this conflict Germany, Belgium, etc.
CAN I EXHIBIT MODELS OR FIGURES COVERING OTHER PERIODS AND THEMES?
You can exhibit the models you want: from the medieval to the science fiction, through WWII. So do not hesitate to register to exhibit your works.
CONTEST
A contest will be organized on site. Exhibitors who wish can participate.

THE RATES
Our motto is simple: to facilitate young people’s access to the world of models and figures . As a result we have decided that:
- Registration for the exhibition is free,
- Contest registration is free,
- visitors’s access to the exhibition is free.
PUBLIC OPENING HOURS
- Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 10:30 to 19:00
- Sunday 11 November 2018 from 10:00 to 17:00

If you wish to exhibit your models, figures and dioramas, you can register online or download the registration form and return it to us by mail or email.
SNACKS AND DRINK
Snacks and drink will be available on the spot, as much for the exhibitors as for the visitors.
