Rules of the exhibition

Here are the rules inherent to the model and miniature exhibition in Molsheim.

Article 1 : Organisation
The Amicale des Maquettistes Internautes, in partnership
with the miniature section of the ASLGA, organizes the exhibition of models and miniatures in the Hôtel de la Monnaie in Molsheim.

The organizers decide alone and definitively on the admission of exhibitors and exhibits.
They determine the locations and size of the stands granted. They may, at any time, if they deem it necessary

Any natural or legal person, association or business whose activity is related to models and figurines is authorised to participate in the exhibition.

Article 3: Opening hours
The opening hours to the public are from 9 am to 7 pm on Saturday and from 10 am to 5 pm on Sunday.

Out of respect for the public, the stands must be occupied throughout the duration of the exhibition.

Stands will be set up from 4.30 pm on Friday. Dismantling will take place on Sunday from 5 p.m., again to respect the public.

In the event of force majeure, the dates and location may be changed. The organisers are exonerated from all responsibility for any damage whatsoever (including disturbance of use and any commercial damage) that may be suffered by exhibitors for any reason whatsoever.

The participation of exhibitors (associations, individuals, traders) is free of charge.

No sales are allowed on the stands of individuals and associations.

Article 6: Advertising
All advertising and commercial activities not foreseen or not validated by the organisers are forbidden.
However, everyone is free to promote his association or his passion. You can therefore promote your next exhibition, your club, ... Canvassing is forbidden on the exhibition site.


Article 7: Security
The organisers of the exhibition decline all responsibility for theft, deterioration or damage occurring in the stands or caused by the public during the opening hours of the exhibition.

Outside public opening hours, the rooms will be locked by the organisers.

A telephone number will be given to you and can be reached on site in case of problems during public opening hours.


Article 8: Exhibitors' responsibility
The exhibitor is required to take note of and respect the safety measures imposed by the public authorities and those taken by the organiser. Article 9: Health measures
Depending on the health situation, special measures may be applied. The organisers will inform the exhibitors as soon as possible.

Article 10: Breach
Any infringement of these regulations or behaviour deemed disrespectful towards other exhibitors, the organisation, the premises or visitors may lead to the exclusion of the offending exhibitor.
The organisers reserve the right to exclude the offending exhibitor at their sole discretion. The organisers also reserve the right to refuse any models, figurines, objects or documents that are biased, ideological, racist and/or xenophobic and that may shock the public.

Article 11: Commitment
The exhibitor formally undertakes to comply with these regulations and acknowledges having read them by registering online. He/she accepts the terms and terms and approves them.
